This interactive session will ask how religious and secular partners can best work together to further religious freedom. It will begin with a brief presentation and dialogue among the speakers, in which we will share our personal experiences and best practices in interfaith work from both a religious and secular perspective. After sharing best practices based on the speakers’ experiences, participants will be broken up into groups, ideally with approximately 50/50 representation of religious and secular perspectives, to discuss questions designed to identify common myths and stereotypes and shared values. To conclude, each group will share what they learned during their discussion.
