Katherine Stewart (author of “Money, Lies, and God” and "The Power Worshippers”) and Brian Kaylor (coauthor of “Baptizing America”) will offer insights on the rise of religious nationalism and the assault on democracy. Drawing from their research and attendance at right-wing events, they will discuss the movement's influence in our laws, politics, and culture and—most importantly—offer their perspectives on what we can do to meet the challenge and help build a pro-democracy movement. Panel will include Q&A time with attendees.
