Margie Delao is a Policy Manager for Nominations and Democracy at the National Women's Law Center, where she works on federal policy strategy related to judicial nominations, democratic institutions, and related issues advancing gender and civil rights. She brings years of policy advocacy experience to NWLC’s broader work on reproductive rights, equity, and justice in the courts and public policy. 
She has also been appointed by Governor Wes Moore to serve as a substitute board member with the Montgomery County Board of Elections.
