Description
Texas students fight back against Christian Nationalism in public schools.
This session explores how student-led, interfaith organizations in Texas are actively resisting Christian Nationalism in public education and why pluralistic leadership is one of the most effective tools for protecting religious freedom. This interactive session weaves storytelling from real legislative fights — opposing Ten Commandments mandates, school-sanctioned prayer, and the replacement of counselors with chaplains — into hands-on coalition-building strategies participants can apply in their own communities. This session will include facilitators sharing case studies and small-group collaboration with audience participation.
