Aidan Scully (he/him) is a senior at Harvard College and a former Youth Organizing Fellow with Americans United. With AU, he worked to raise awareness of religious exemptions to Title VII and Title IX, inviting organizers to speak to community members in greater Boston. He is the author of a column on church-state separation, titled "The Free Exercise Thereof," with The Harvard Crimson, a former organizer of the Harvard Undergraduate Queer Interfaith Community (HUQUIRC), and a researcher working on religious nationalism and imperialism in Late Antiquity (200-800 CE) and the modern day. When he isn't talking about church and state, he can probably be found writing short fiction or biking around New England.
