Anne Nelson is the author of Shadow Network: Media, Money, and the Secret Hub of the Radical Right, the book that inspired "Bad Faith." She is an award-winning author and scholar who has written extensively about media systems, human rights, media systems, and defiance of totalitarian regimes. Her revious books include Red Orchestra: The Story of the Berlin Underground and the Circle of Friends Who Resisted Hitler (New York Times Editors Choice) and Suzanne's Children: A Daring Rescue in Nazi Paris. An Oklahoma native, she is the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship and a Livingston Award for
